START & FINISH

Rishikesh

The Five-Day Journey

Day 1 · Rishikesh to Sari

Meet in Rishikesh and travel together into the Garhwal Himalaya. Settle into simple local accommodation, meet the group and close with gentle yoga and an opening sound session.

Day 2 · Deoriatal

Walk through forest to Deoriatal. Pause for guided meditation and quiet time beside the lake before returning for restorative practice and dinner.

Day 3 · Sari to Chopta

Move toward Chopta and take an easy acclimatisation walk among forest and meadow landscapes. Breathwork and evening yoga prepare the body for summit day.

Day 4 · Tungnath & Chandrashila

Begin early for the Tungnath–Chandrashila trail. The pace is steady and the summit attempt depends on weather, route conditions and the group. Return to Chopta for rest and sound healing.

Day 5 · Closing & Return

Share a final morning practice, breakfast and closing circle, then travel back to Rishikesh with expected evening arrival.

The mountains decide the pace. The programme may shift to protect the group and respect local conditions.
